The breakfast had a great variety of choices that were easy to serve oneself, and the coffee was served quickly. The view from my room was beautiful and the room itself was comfortable and clean. the hotel had plenty of brochures and pamphlets available for guests.
It would have been helpful to have better signage or printed directions for accessing the side door for late returners with a second key. I felt unsure of where to go and was afraid of accidentally setting off the fire alarm.

Comfortable and clean room. Plenty of breakfast choices, self-service. Quick and efficient coffee service. Welcoming atmosphere, beautiful gardens. Wide range of brochures and pamphlets. Adequate parking facilities. Helpful and easy people. Delicious dinner, one of the best.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location and the breakfast had a good range of options. the staff was extremely helpful and made the stay enjoyable.
The rooms were quite dated and in need of a refurbishment. the hotel lacked some key information about facilities such as the side door for late returners, which caused some confusion.

Immaculately clean hotel with a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms with great views, and a delicious set evening meal provided. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, with a language assistant available for those with poor French.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel boasts lovely gardens and a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of tourist information brochures. the rooms are comfortable and clean with beautiful views, and the breakfast is served quickly with self-service options. the hotel offers adequate parking facilities.
The hotel personnel showed rude behavior by refusing to serve non-smokers food unless they ate in the smoking section, completely ignoring their requests.
